Everything you need to prepare, nothing to set up

  • Clause-cited findings

Every finding links back to the regulation clause behind it, so your team can verify rather than take it on trust.

  • Scored by pillar

An overall score and a status tier, plus a 0–100 score for each SMS pillar, show exactly where the weight of the gap sits.

  • Top risks and quick wins

See the findings most likely to fail an inspection, and the fastest fixes that lift your score.

  • Corrective action plans

Turn accepted corrections into a formal, audit-ready Corrective Action Plan document.

  • Regulation update alerts

Get an email when a regulation you are assessed against is updated, so your manual does not quietly go stale.

  • A record of every analysis

Reports are saved to your account, searchable and filterable, so you can show progress between audits.

  • Private to your account

Reports are visible only to the account that created them, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.

  • Verifiable by design

AI can be wrong. Each finding cites the clause behind it, so a person can check it in seconds.

Questions, answered

Does this replace a GACA audit or a compliance consultant?

No. It is a first-pass check that shows you where you stand and what to fix before a formal audit or inspection. It does not certify compliance or speak for the authority.

What happens to my manual?

Your PDF is converted to text and analysed by an AI model to produce the report. The uploaded file is deleted when the analysis finishes; the resulting report is stored in your account and is visible only to you.

How accurate is it?

AI can misread or miss things, which is why every finding cites the clause it relies on. Treat the output as a prioritised review list for your safety or quality manager to confirm.

Which standards are covered?

GACAR Part 151 is the focus of the beta. GACAR Part 121, ICAO Annex 19, the ISM Code and NCA ECC-2:2024 are also available.

How do I get access?

Access is by invitation while we are in beta. Request access and we will add your work email to the approved list.
